I've been collecting for 15 years. I know a lot about collecting and unfortunately, know a lot about a number of stars who use secretaries to sign for them. Dick is one of them.

I agree that may not be his house on Mariposa. Considering his fan mail is there it could be. That is Dick Van Dyke's official twitter and that actually is him on the video.

Looks cool but unfortunately meaningless to the secretarial issue.
There will never be a video of him signing the signature that people get ttm, because it's not his signature.
