It's probably a staff member getting a hold of it and thinking they're important enough to sign his initials. It's not unheard of, unfortunately. When a movie called Johnny Kakota was filming, someone was signing the names of several of the lead actors. That was the worst case but there have been a few more.

I think he normally sends preprints anyways? Looks like someone got ahold of it and just signed DR.
