That's OK I don't mind. Under the section titled "What is your inquiry" I included my address and a message for him. I am sure you can include it in either box though, just make sure you select "Inquiry for Gary Sinise" from the drop-down menu and autograph request from the list "my inquiry is regarding..." Good luck.

Congrats! He is so nice. He sent a long letter to my grandparents for their anniversary and took the time to send my grandfather a note to thank him for his service in WWII.

Yes, it's a little confusing that's why I wanted to clarify how to send it. If you resend it I am sure you should get a reply.
