What address did you use?
I have one to send it to but I won't bother if it's the one you used and it doesn't work anymore.

I sent three photos to Steven Gerrard's home address two weeks ago and today I received them back unsigned.

In 2013, I sent to the same address and received two signed photos, so it could be because I've sent a second request, although it was quite a while ago and I know others to receive three or four separate successes from Steven.

Sent: 7th November
Received: Items back unsigned on 20th November
