Thank you JustPlainJoe for the information on GLOBAL Forever stamps! I was at the USPS post office last month to purchase the IRC coupons, which I didn't know been retired at USPS (I'm a newbie). Of course the postal workers had no suggestion how I can "pre-pay" for someone who resides internationally.
I'm still curious how the Global forever stamps will work internationally, but evidently has worked for you - at least in the UK. I suppose I'll try this out first since it's cheaper than spending $30+ on stamps from Royal Mail or Canada Post, then having those shipped out to US.
