I see that your post is a few weeks old but maybe I can still answer your question. "Postlagernd" in German (aka poste restante in European postal jargon) means that the mail sent to the given address is held and then collected in his name at that town's post office. It's also possible that Mr. Moretti has a P.O. Box there but for the sake of his privacy, it isn't made public.
If the address were to contain the wording "Postfach" and then a set of numbers, it would tell you that the recipient has a P.O. Box.
So, theoretically your letter should reach the recipient at that address.
