for stamps you can buy some on here http://shop.royalmail.com they deliver to france and then you can put stamps on the enveloppe for receiving your autograph . some agency don't accept IRC but it's said when they don't so you need in that case to buy those uk stamps

I've been looking on ebay but they're only selling stamps for collectors, all I see is vintage collectible stamps....

They don't sell IRC's anymore in the UK, they were phased out about 3 years ago.
I'm completely stuck.

Just out of interest, how did you buy a british stamp from where you are?
I'm looking to write to someone but they live in france and I'm wanting to buy french stamps for the return leg.
Is there a website you can go on ??
