Hi , yes that is the one I used under the heading website and fan club inquiries - Where it asked for a username I just put "i do not have one" . That was on Sunday and it generated an automated reply to my email saying staff are off over the holiday period , happy Christmas etc , then today I got an email saying

Dear ******

Your requested signed photo is being sent today.

USPS.com Tracking Number: ***********

haha thank you ! - I will post a picture when it arrives , I sent the inquiry on Sunday and received that email today. I would post email but not savy on how to remove names /addresses etc

I used the web address for their site which is listed on here and found a link at the bottom of their page that said fanclub inquiries , using this link I requested a signed picture for my daughters birthday and have had a response today saying my item has been shipped and the tracking number ! . Nice job to them as I am not nor is my daughter part of the fan club. Thanks for the website info! . :D
