Thank you! I have checked now and actually it was back in March 2015, I totally forgot about it :roll: It's been more than a year now! Wow! I am also sorry about his health problem and I hope he'll get well soon. I am sure he will get back to you, good luck! :)

I thought he would never reply, and surprisingly I got this yesterday! :)
I used his home address in Southern US.
