I got my stamped photos back today as well. Why wait 3 years to sent stamped photos???

I think its a stamp not a AP.. I got mine back today same signature except faded, like the stamp was drying or not applied fully. Bummer

I sent a letter of request, 2 photos and an SASE on Oct. 10th 2014 and received both photos on August 25th 2016 signed with an AP. Disappointing. The address I used was:
