I threw away the envelope and also, I actually tried both of those addresses as well and i got a RTS. The best bet is in person and if you're lucky to get him as well because i hear he signed with a firm that he can only sign autographs through with them.

I have sent out LOR, 4x6 and index card to three different address including one in the database and all have come back as RTS. My best bet is getting him in person.
