Hi Richer, Did you include a Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope? (They won't send one out without a SASE). Moreover, if you did mail a SASE, was it enough postage? Try again, as you should be able to get one! Crossing-fingers for your success.

I sent LOR and SASE to Emilia Clarke on May 30, 2018. Received a pre-signed picture on June 5, 2018.
