The same thing happened to me got my picture back with 3 others and none of them signed.
I thought they forgot to put a signed one in the envelope.
I guess she doesn't sign. It would have been nice if they could write a letter saying that she doesn' sign.
Oh well.

Sent SASE to Cher with 8x 10 photo. REceived same 8 x 10 photo back, along with 3 others (an 8 x 10 and 2 5 x 7's) No autograph.
