You should get it back. I've mailed stuff to Calgary and especially Vancouver with the SASE using US Stamps. Now I usually just put some cash in the envelope to cover postage, lots of times they send it back and cover postage themselves. But they're not gonna stop the movement of a parcel just for having us stamps; especially a neighboring country.
