I sent to David Walliams on the 12/02 and received a signed and dedicated photo instead of my index cards on the 12/03, so 28 days. This is quick considering some agencies are warning of delays due to covid. Please note that Troika are now called YMU Group, that’s probably why a lot of people have been getting RTS with Troika’s clients.
