Our team are aware how some lucky winners are concerned about the status of their prize.
Please kindly understand that the pandemic has heavily affected international logistics and our location has been in semi-lockdown since mid-February, 2022 (just after we sent out the prizes). During the lockdown, postal services were suspended indefinitely and have only started to resume some services this month.
There may be a backlog with postal items and there will inevitably be a delay with receiving your prize. We do apologise for the delay, however, the availability of postal services, outbound flights, or even shipping services is inevitably out of our control.
Some fans have already received their prizes. Some still don’t have any tracking updates. Our team will keep an eye out for the status and will try to inform lucky winners of the status.
