She is very busy indeed, because she got a baby a couple of weeks ago.
But she sends out pre-signed or pre-printed autographs for years. She is attending conventions by the way, so maybe you can try to get her autograph in person. :)

I received a response back today, after around 4 to 6 weeks of waiting, on Saturday 11th November 2023, (Remembrance Day). With my 8x10 photograph that I provided, of Ginny Weasley in Harry Potter. And along with myself address, return envelope, that I paid the postage for. However, I received a couple pre-signed photographs of Bonnie Wright (eg, generic photos), with a note on the back of them, very politely and kindly saying, which I thought was very touching, that she is very busy with certain things at the minute. And she went to a great deal of effort to provide things that she could send to me, in the place of my 8x10 photo, and I really liked the sentiments because she went to the time to write me a note on the back of them, even if they are generic possibly, but it’s the fact that she tried to accommodate me in any case and she even provided and website address of her latest work.
