Roland Frank Sheldon (born December 17, 1936) is an American former professional baseball player, a right-handed pitcher who appeared in 160 Major League games from 1961 to 1962 and 1964 to 1966.

New York Yankees (1961–1962, 1964–1965)
Kansas City Athletics (1965–1966)
Boston Red Sox (1966)
