Embrasser has different meanings, besides to kiss, it also means to hug, to embrace :)

So it can mean something like 'Big Hugs... from..' too :)

Exactly! French is my language. Je t'embrasse fort, said that way, can be translated as "I give you a great big kiss". Its something we often use at the end of a letter for a friend of the opposite sex. Its uncommon for an autograph but very nice :)
