Sent an e-mail to John Shalikashvili, who was the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under President Bill Clinton from 1993 to 1997. Received a very nice 8x10 color photograph, signed in thin black Sharpie. The photo was unpersonalized, but that doesn't matter. The return address was Mr. Shalikashvili's home address, but you can send him a letter to:
