Yes I got a letter saying he was busy filming. I DID send him a snape picture but learned shortly after I sent it that he does not sign them. So i guess it was both. I will be trying again with a different picture that is not snape.

I haven't figured out yet why he doesn't sign snape pictures. Do you know?

yes he is. he puts so much thought into it. i think he is the only one who read my letter through to the end. I ask for one for me and another for my mom. then i included one picture. he sent me back two and the one i sent signed. he is so sweet. in the note it even said that e signed all pictures himself. at least then you don't have to wonder if its authentic or not.
