Oh, Michele. Ha! Thank you for catching my mistake.
I wrote out so many envelopes that day to different members of the cast that I guess the fumes of the Sharpie got to me. It appears I combined the zip code to the venue with the zip code of my mailing post office. Note: I correctly noted the "address used" in the post, because I have that address committed to memory! Apparently not well enough when I was righting the envelopes, am I right?
Perhaps that is why I only received one envelope back! Again, thank you Michele for being my extra set of eyes, because I do not think I would catch that myself.
Since I am quite new to the forum, I am not sure what to do in an instance like this. Admin, please advise.

Looks like a trip to the post office is in order! But first perhaps I will switch out to a stiff mailer, since the regular envelopes are not looking too hot traveling across the country.
