Sent rookie card in toploader, SASE, short note, and a $20 dollar check made out to "The Andre Dawson Foundation" to:

PO Box 431339
South Miami, FL 33243

Sent on March 31st, 2011. Received back on April 9th, 2011. Signed in thin blue sharpie. Card was undamaged. Included a price list for flats, balls, equipment, etc. PM for more details. All proceeds go to his foundation.
