Pretty happy with this one! I sent an email request to the Mayor Mike Bloomberg's official website
http://mikebloomberg.com/ on 5/18/2011. On 6/20/2011, I received a nice 8x10 Colored Photograph with an authentic signature on it. I've seen a lot of people get PPs from the mayor, but this most certainly is not. It may be an AP, but it is definitely not a PP. The pen bled through the paper and you can tell just by seeing it in person that the signature is not part of the photo. I'm very excited with this - It's my first NYC Mayor success (Still waiting on you, Rudy...).
