How long did it take from the time you requested until you received through SFM? Also, I'm new to this: if you send an SFM email request, how long does that usually take? Thanks

Unfortunately, she is. She must be a more recent addition to SFM but I got a reply from her and the return address was the SFM address. Either way, it's nice she does that. Better than nothing. :lol:
