I sent a baseball in January, and I also sent along $20. I'm not sure what his fee is, but I know he has one. I received my ball back last month. I hope this helps.

I was all fired up when I saw a success from him on 8-16-11, but when I checked my mail on 8-17-11, I found my Billy Williams card was sent back to me in my SASE unsigned. I guess I'll have to try him again. {down}
