I don't remember it. I got it off ESPN's website. They are in Bristol, CT. Thats all I know for sure. Sorry I couldnt be of more help.

On August 11th I sent a LOR, 8x10 photo and SASE to NFL Hall of Famer and one of the greatest coaches ever, Mike Ditka. I received my photo signed and inscribed with HOF '88, on September 9th. I like silver sharpies, but I don't like it on a lite photos, but it is what he used. It's a little hard to see. I sent the request to ESPN in Bristol, CT and I do not scan envelopes..
