Automan: Without seeing the trading card, how can you know it's a stamp? When I opened the envelope the card had been signed with an ink pen indicating a person had signed the card. Also, he signed his name and number, #39, and the 39 was smudged. So, someone signed. It might be a secretarial, but definatly NOT a stamp.

I am not sure about the item but I live down the street from the training camp and have a few friends who actually play for the Rams. I know that Jackson is pretty hard to get. We have VIP passes where we sit with family and friends and Jackson has yet to come over. I did get my jersey signed by him in 2009 and here are some pictures to compare.

I've also seen most people get back their item stamped. I hope yours isn't though.
