Take a q-tip and lick it lightly and rub carefully on a unnoticeable spot if there is ink on it its real if not it's a pp

It's a PP. If you send an email, you get a PP, if you send a letter, you;ll get authentic. Trust me. I got the same thing

Hi greengal95!
The picture you received looks like the PP. I sent the email a while back, and she sent me a real autograph. Personalized and all. By then, I had sent the SASE w/ a index card for her to sign... and received another personalized picture and a index card.

The way to tell is to bend it back & forth in direct light and see if her signature looks different than the printed black. If the light bends off it differently than the rest of the photo, it's real.
