OK....

1. this thread is over 2 years old
2. a quick google search will result in thousands of hits "How to send a SASE" so do your own research
3. postage depends on the country you send to - to get it back you must put postage on from that country
4. every post service around the world has a website that calculates postage rates for that country
5. every post service around the world has a website where you can buy their stamps
