The woman in the photo is Lisa Davis, whom provided the voice of Anita. Cate voiced the Dalmatian, Perdita!

I sent Cate Bauer one photo, letter, and SASE this month and got it returned today!

It's strange because she sent me a notepad that the woman in the photo isn't her, instead she signed it on the dog Perdita herself. I know I saw some people sent the same photo to her and got it signed as well.
