Ted Lyle Simmons (born August 9, 1949), nicknamed "Simba", is an American former professional baseball player and coach. A switch-hitter, Simmons was a catcher for most of his Major League Baseball career. Although he was often overshadowed by his contemporary, Johnny Bench, Simmons is considered one of the best hitting catchers in MLB history.

Atlanta Braves (1986-1988)

8× All-Star (1972-1974, 1977-1979, 1981, 1983)
Inducted into the Baseball Hall Of Fame 2020

Sent him 2 cards on 14 May and got them back signed on 2 Jun.. Did write HOF 2020 on card.
