Angela Merkel (German chancellor) send PP but she have faw version autograph so that photo is not proof for authentic your autograph. You must find that idem photo and check how many different is your atograph and taht in intenet.

Find in google "Michael Bloomberg autograph" you find one photo his with autograph Michael Bloomberg and you can check.

Theone30 is correct, it looks to be auto pen (sorry) Here is a comparison to yours, identical signature and "almost" placed in the same spot on the photo

For me look like PP.
