It says on Joey's website that he does not sign small items like trading cards or sheetmetal, and also does not sign diecast. What you can do for an autograph is send out a LOR and SASE requesting a signed hero card and you will recieve one back signed.
Thats the only way you can get his signature TTM.

Sent 5/4/11 got back 6/7/11 saying he is not signing cards and sheet metal.
