I wrote a letter to Joan Rivers via her website http://www.joanrivers.com/ In it it told her how much I enjoyed her work and I made mention of the fact that we share the same last name and that as a child my mom used to have a running joke that she was my "Aunt Joan". In return, I got a great response from "Aunt Joan" approximately a month later!!!
