Hi there!

The British Royal Family do not sign autographs as a matter of policy - however, that card you received is awesome! Congratulations!

Queen Elizabeth II get millions of letters a year. Makes what Sir Elton John gets look like a small mail box full. Even he can't be bothered to sign anything TTM. She has more then one Lady in waiting that handles her fan mail. She would need to as well. Her autograph is one of the most sought after in the world. It is up their with Neil Armstrong. Unless your first name starts with "Sir" it is unlikely that you mail is even passed on to the next station and she even gets reading anything by you. It is first read through by one of her authorized employees.

Haha I think I'm going to write her too. I know I won't get an autograph, and I also know she'll never read it BUT it would be cool to get a letter back from the palace

I posted a letter to HRH Elizabeth II hoping to get an autograph, knowing that you would be very lucky to get one as the Lady In Waiting sign most of her letters. I did this card back saying thanks for the best wishes, etc.
