I went to the feedback page on the official website and asked them to send me a picture. When I got the pictures, the envelope had the same return address that you used.
Yours and monsoon's are slightly different in the signatures, so I think its not a PP or an AP.

a good way to tell is if you hold the writing up to lighting and see if you see the shiny strokes from the marker.
