And the address i used was stamped under that. Im going to resend to that address and see what happens

I wrote to Maynard James Keenan, singer of Tool and A Perfect Circle at the address in database for A Perfect Circle, which is the address to Mr. Keenans Winery Caduceus Cellars.

My letter came back unopened and marked RTS with a note on the envelope saying there was no receptacle at that address. It did however have p.o. box written upside down in the corner and circled. Pretty disappointed it came back but I'll try again. Sorry, I opened the letter and threw away the envelope already as I am going to try again.
