I sent a LOR, SAE (+ postage money) and 2 photos to the following address in May 2013:

I received my two pictures signed and personalised on 26/3 2014. :D I really can't tell what the left pic says though, if anyone can read it please do help me out! Sorry, no scan of the envelope.
