I'd toss it in the garbage.

ink smudges whether it's from a stamp or a pen. why does it matter? they're not authentic. it should be in the trash by now

So everyone on here is saying that the signatures are stamped which doesn't really make sense, wouldn't it make more sense for them to be autopens considering the way that the signatures are smudged?

It's stamped. I saw another success on StarTiger. Signatures are exact.

Okay, so it's definitely not a preprint, because in someone else's success with the same photo

the signatures are in different places. The other photo, though, is too low quality to see if the signatures themselves are different or if they are autopens or stamps. Awesome success, though! I wrote to them last September (including a self-addressed stamped envelope) and never received a reply. Maybe I'll have to write to them again hoping to get a return so I can compare it with the other photos to try to determine their authenticity.

2 of the signatures on the top looked smudged they rubbed off a bit so does that mean its a re print or fake I'm confused
