I sent an autograph request for Phil Proctor in November over email, and I received an email back saying that he was in vacation on Italy with his wife, (he even sent me a selfie of him and his wife), and that he'd be happy to send me a signed postcard when he got back. So I sent him a follow up email, and he sent it right away :)
