If getting one matters so much to you, try sending a SASE. They may still not send one, but it's worth a try. It's also possible that you just haven't waited long enough.

I sent a request in the same way but haven't heard anything as yet. Out of curiosity, are you in the states? I'm wondering if maybe they don't send PPs abroad due to the extra expense of postage :?
