Can somebody in the US help me?

Well, I live in the UK and over here we can only get .uk msn e-mail adresses, but I would like a .com one so I can transfer my contacts.
So, I was wondering if someone could make one for me, and I will change the password and stuff.
So if you wouldnt mine to do it for me. Can you mail me?
