I got a grade G in my RE exam a few weeks ago, I couldn't have been more proud of myself
Haha! That's amazing! Well done :P
I got an A in Christian Ethics, Judaism and my Synoptic, and a B in Hinduism, not trying to brag or anything!

My family is multi-cultural, so we're celebrating Christmas and Hanukkah at the same time. I'm looking forward to my daughters first holidays, even though she won't have a clue what's going on.

And I live about 45mins - 1 hour and a half (depending on traffic) from NYC - whoever is going - you'll love it, be sure to stop by the store displays, and try and take in a show - especially the Radio City Christmas Spectacular - the Rockettes are my husbands favorite (he always drools over them) :) And if you get a chance, be sure to go to FAO Schwarz.

The only downside: the crowds/people. Literally, I went up last year and everything was packed and everyone was watching the people assemble the ball in TimesSquare! I was almost late to my "last time" seeing Les Miserables! (But I saw it twice this summer HAHA). No I love NYC during Christmas/New Years, just so crowded!

Have a great time whoever said they're going!
Aww you're so lucky!! That sounds so amazing!
Hopefully one year I'll be able to go to New York for Christmas!

Aww that sounds so nice! I bet you make the residents so happy. I remember when I was on work experience at a residential home and me and my mate prepared a quiz for them, it was like the highlight of their year!
You should come and arrange a quiz for my residents! They love them :D
