Might have got dusty/scratched on the back which can do strange things. If thats the case you can buy stuff that sorts it, for light ones theres wipes and for deeper scratches you might need something more hardcore. I've got some brilliant stuff at home which has saved a massive number of DVDs for me...but I cannot remember what its called

That sounds like my 'Girls just want to have fun' DVD. It will only play the first scene then it goes back to the menu page. There is obviously a fault with the DVD so there is nothing we can do about it unfortunately

Huh...that's kind of strange. Maybe it was somehow damaged in the factory that makes them. I don't think you could get it replaced since it has been so long ago since you got it. I would figure that a DVD doesn't have a year warranty on it and you pretty much have no proof that you just now opened it. ;) So...that's sorta tough luck on that.

Okay so last year for Christmas, my mom got me White Christmas on DVD (my FAVORITE Christmas movie). Since it was after Christmas and I had already watched it that year, I didn't watch it. Today I decided I was in the mood for it so I put it in, and the DVD doesn't work! It gets a half hour in and then gets all fuzzy and freezes. I've tried skipping chapters and it still does it. My mom bought it almost a year ago, is there anyway I can return this or get it replaced? I never even opened the DVD case until today!
