If you get your chance to become a Junior Mod - you've got to be helpful around the board, provide useful information to new or confused users
, contact admin, and it should be no problem to be a Trainee Moderator or Junior Mod. After your 2 months, the moderators vote and discuss the potential mod and if the JM has been a great help over the 2 months then you have a chance of impressing the moderators!
