You should post the link of your avatar (-Lil1- always posts in when she made it for you) in the [b]"Link off-site:"[/b] box, it is the 3rd option from the bottom of the avatar page in the "User Control Panel". {thumb2} It will work then, and you don't have to edit the [b]"Avatar dimensions:"[/b], just leave it at 100 x 100. :)

I have not made the avatar myself but Lil1 so there should be no problem but I have tried to use it many time and it does not work

For you problem, you only need to resize the picture you choosed.
If you can't do it by yourself you can ask somebody from the Graphic Shop forum:
