Ok...making it a link is a bit more complicated, but not too bad.

- First of all, make the page that you want to link to in the same way. Click on 'New Page' but this time name it after the actor you're linking to (for example)
- On the new page that comes up, click on insert 'Content box' and put in any photos/info that you want there.
- (The important bit) On the top toolbar, click on 'Page options' and chose 'Hide from navbar'. This will mean stop the individual actors pages showing on your main website sidebar.
- Publish that page then go back to the site manager.

Next step...
- Open up your main page called 'actors'
- Click on the picture that you want to link to the information page, I think you have to do it twice until the image options toolbar appears just above your picture
- Click on the third picture in (it should say 'Link image' when you mouse over it)
- On the pop-up box that appears, click on 'My pages' on the left sidebar, then chose the name of the individual actors page that you just made. then press insert.
- Publish this page and you should be ready to go!

Just as an example of what I'm working towards here, heres a quick page I just put together...

You click on the picture and its takes you to a different page

Good luck!

If you want a whole page dedicated to 'Actors':

- After you log on click on the icon in the site manager that says 'New Page'
- On the pop-up screen that appears type 'Actors' in the page name space, then click 'Create Page'
- A new page will open. On the toolbox on the left-hand side click 'Content Box'
- Replace where it says title with whatever you want it to say (could be the name of the actor I guess)
- In the box underneath it will say 'add text...'. Click in this box, then on the toolbar on the left of the screen chose insert 'image'
- A pop-up screen will appear where you can add a picture either from your computer hard-drive, or a photobucket account etc.

You should now have a titled box with your picture on it. I think you then click on publish on the top toolbar to save it.

Hope that helps {thumb2}

(I'll have a fiddle about with the link thing, not used it in a while)

Help With Website Please?

My Problem Is, And This May Take A While To Explain, (webs.com)

I Like The Way Some People Have A Sidebar On Their Website Saying Something Like Actors, And You Click On It, And Then It Comes Up With Pictures Of The Celebrity Who's Autograph You Have,

Then You Click On the Picture, And It Comes Up with A Picture And Info On How They Got The Autograph Etc?

I Have No Idea How You Do That!

What Page Do I Start With, I Know You Rename It Actors Etc, But Does It Start As A Blog Etc?

If Anyone Knows How A Step-By-Step Would Be Brilliant!

Any Help You Could Give Me Would Be Much Appreciated, Thanks!
