I use a program called Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 it's a simple program once you get the hang of it. I got it at Best Buy for $50. But there is another free program out that I have used somewhat and it's called GIMP. There are several web sites out there that give you tutorials on how to make wallpapers with both these programs. Just search the web for GIMP Tutorial or Paint Shop Pro tutorial's and you'll find it. If you still can't find them PM me and I'll give you a direct link.
