Im new what does IRCs mean and what are some of the other acronyms people use and what do they mean?

I've been several times, there aren't a ton of celebrities just walking around unless there's a premiere or something. But I did meet Dane Cook there once just walking down the street.

Although, Hollywood itself isn't all that great, kind of a scuzzy area actually. It's much nicer in areas like Santa Monica.

Any one been to HollyWood on holiday? Whats it like ? Do u see lots of celebrities about?
